Can I order sunglasses to fit my eyes directly from www.cebe.com?

No, we do not offer orders requiring optical corrections directly online. However, you will find sunglasses on our site that are available for purchase, and we recommend that you contact one of our professional retailers (opticians), who will be able to advise you perfectly.

What is "Vario" technology?

Vario photochromic lenses work by darkening or lightening according to the ultraviolet rays coming from the sun. With our Zone Vario photochromic lenses, available in Cat.0-3 and Cat.2-4 which adapt to variations in luminosity in less than 20 seconds, Cébé offers a real solution for providing exceptional quality vision whatever the weather conditions.

What is Sensor technology?

Cébé Sensor lenses have a unique light transmission curve that enhances visual contrast and provides better color definition to highlight obstacles in the field, whatever the lighting conditions.

What is "S'TECH™" technology?

S'TECH™ technology is designed with a V-shaped curved spatula system integrated inside each temple to create two additional points of contact. This brings better balance to the weight of the sunglasses and ensures a perfect fit on the face.

Account and login

How can I change my personal information?

You can modify your personal information by logging into your account with your e-mail address and password. Once you are logged in, you will be able to modify your personal information (delivery address, password, e-mail address, etc.).

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Go to the "My account" tab, click on "Forgot password" and enter your e-mail address in the appropriate field. A few minutes later, you'll receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. If you don't see anything in your Inbox, remember to check your spam!

Delivery & tracking

Where can I find out about delivery methods and rates?

All shipping and delivery information can be found here.

If you refuse to accept the product on delivery, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

In which country can I be delivered?

How can I keep track of my purchases?

You can track your purchases by going to your profile, in the "Order history" section.

Click on the order you wish to track, and you'll have access to the Colissimo or Chronopost tracking link.

Returns & warranty

How do I return a product for a change of size or opinion?

You have 15 days after receipt of a product to return it in its original and complete condition (original labels attached, packaging guaranteeing its integrity during transport for the return).

Go to "My orders/Return request" in your account area to make your request.

ATTENTION

Do not forget to indicate the reason for the return.

Returns outside France :

For product returns outside the EU, please indicate a value of €0 on your document (as this is a return).

However, we do not cover shipping costs outside France. In this case, you must send us your product at your own expense to the following address:

INFORMATION: If you send your return with shipping costs and taxes due, we will not be able to accept them.

How do I return a defective product?

When you purchase a CEBE product, you receive a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

1 - Defective product purchased less than 30 days ago.

- Purchase on cebe.com: You can request a return via your customer account in "My orders / Return request".

- Purchase on a partner site or store: You can go to our after-sales service page and open a case file.

2 - Defective product purchased less than 2 years ago.

Purchased on cebe.com or in a partner store: You can go to our after-sales service page and open a case file. All the steps to follow will be explained step by step.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget to download your proof of purchase, which is required for any claim.

3 - Defective product purchased more than 2 years ago.

Your product is no longer under warranty.

What is the after-sales procedure?

For all after-sales service requests, you can go directly to our after-sales service module on our website.

INFORMATION: For France, if your purchase is less than 3 months old, we will provide you with a return label. If your purchase was made more than 3 months ago, you will be charged for the return postage (DDP mandatory).

How long does my warranty last?

All our gloves and accessories come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Performance warranty (autonomy): 6 months.

↳ Warranty extended to 2 years for exceptional defects (deformation, lack of load and/or function).

What payment methods are accepted?

Cébé offers two methods of payment:

- Payment by credit card:

A simple, fast and efficient way to make online purchases. Credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

- You can also pay via your PayPal account.

We remind you that all transactions are secured and encrypted by SSL protocol, so you take no risk in making a purchase on our website.

How do I use my promotional code?

To use your discount code, you must first add your items to your shopping cart, then in the checkout process, you'll see a message saying "Promotional code". Enter your discount code and click on "Add". The discount will be added to your order total.
